Exquisite Catering began in 2017 as the realization of a dream by Chef Tiffany Williams. Inspired by a lack of catering services with a focus on international cuisine on the South Side of Chicago, she packed up her knives and took her talents back to the neighborhood of Woodlawn where she grew up.
As a Black business owner and single mom, Tiffany’s need to help and nurture others soon earned her the nickname of “Chef Mama” –creating a catering business not only for herself, but for her children and community. With a creative, made-from-scratch menu that includes options that are not only delicious, but healthy as well, word about her talent quickly spread.
As her reputation grew, Tiffany’s business expanded to production catering for TV & movie sets, concert tours and more. Her talent, creativity and perseverance has taken her overseas to work with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. But even when Tiffany’s on location, her heart remains in her hometown.
She’s made a strong commitment to working with local entrepreneurs and vendors to create significant change in her community. Tiffany’s belief in providing support, second chances and job opportunities has already made a lasting impact in the lives of many residents living on Chicago’s South Side.
